Despite some issues, I enjoyed spending Xmas here. the spa treatments were relaxing and helped me unwind after a hectic year. the festive decorations were festive and added to the cozy atmosphere. the location, amidst lush greenery, was a nice escape from the bustle of the city. I also appreciated the variety of food offered during the holiday season.
The service could be improved. Some staff members seemed indifferent, which took away from the holiday cheer.

The architecture of the venue was impressive and really created a warm atmosphere. I enjoyed being surrounded by nature, particularly the scenic view of the forest and the park. the comfortable bed and well-equipped facilities in the room made for a great stay.
The staff lacked interest in our requests and were unhelpful. access to food was limited during breakfast.

Nice, modern design. Brand new hotel. Peaceful location. Pleasant staff. Spacious rooms. Lots to do: swimming pool, restaurants, spa. Delicious meals. Compensation provided. Great location within Skansen. Excellent breakfast. Added another coffee machine. Well-designed interiors. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped rooms. Allowed pets.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location, nestled amidst a serene forest and heritage park, offered a tranquil and peaceful environment. The hotel itself was stunning, with its modern and well-designed interiors made from natural materials. The comfortable beds and well-equipped rooms provided enhanced comfort, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy, allowing me to bring my furry companion along. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel valued as a guest.
To sum it up, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Cleanliness – The hotel was almost brand new and looked stunning at first sight. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. Hotel facilities – The hotel had lots to offer, including a swimming pool, spa center, and two restaurants. There was also a kinder room for families with children. Location – The hotel was located in a peaceful and quiet area surrounded by a forest and a heritage park.
Nothing, all was good.
